For vendors and contractors
Bid on clear scopes. Get approved faster.
Contractors lose money on vague scopes, undercutting they cannot see and invoices that sit unpaid because nobody can find the approval.
Real scopes, not phone calls
Work requests arrive with trade, priority, location and attachments, so you are quoting the same job as everyone else.
Fair bidding
Open or sealed bidding, clearly labelled. In a sealed bid nobody sees your number, including other contractors.
Compliance documents once
Upload insurance, WSIB clearance and licences once, reused across every corporation you serve, with expiry warnings.
Know where the approval is
See when a job is with the board and when it has been awarded, instead of calling to ask.
Invoice against the award
Milestone invoices attach to the awarded amount, so there is no argument about what was agreed.
Build a track record
Ratings and completed work history follow you across the corporations you serve.

In practice
Half the delay in this industry is not the work. It is finding out who has to approve it and whether they have.
Why vendor adoption matters as much as manager adoption.
The vendor side of the same record
Contractors serving condominium corporations lose money in three predictable places: quoting a job described differently to every bidder, being undercut by someone quoting a smaller scope, and waiting to be paid because nobody can locate the approval the invoice refers to. All three are record-keeping failures on the corporation’s side that land on the vendor’s balance sheet.
In SquareSync a work request arrives with its trade, priority, location, scope and attachments already set, and every bid attaches to that same scope. Bidding is either open or sealed and is labelled as such; in a sealed bid nobody sees your number, including other contractors, until the corporation opens them.
Compliance documents are uploaded once — insurance, WSIB clearance, trade licences — and reused across every corporation you serve, with expiry warnings that reach you and the manager before a certificate lapses. That matters in both directions: it saves you re-sending the same PDF a dozen times a year, and it stops a corporation awarding work to an uninsured contractor by accident.
After the award, milestone invoices attach to the approved amount, so a dispute about what was agreed has a document rather than a memory to settle it. Completed work and ratings follow you across the corporations you serve, which is the closest thing this industry has to a portable track record. There is no charge to vendors.
Questions we get asked
Does it cost vendors anything?
No. Vendors are invited by the management companies and corporations they work with, and use the platform at no charge.
Do I have to use it to keep working with a building?
That is the corporation's decision. In practice, contractors who bid through the platform get approved and paid faster.
Who sees my pricing?
The management company and, for over-threshold awards, the board that must approve it. In a sealed bid, other contractors never see it.
What if my insurance is about to expire?
You and the manager are both warned in advance. Expired documents can block a new award.
